As in the previous festivals this time as well, the cartoons selected by our precious jury members shall be exhibited and printed on a catalogue.

The energy network of the world is changing; in the near future the most important issue to dwell on will be the energy problem. Even from this day on, The Energy Issue has priority among the Sustainable Development Objectives of The United Nations

According to the geologists we have already consumed 50% of the crude oil stock; The increasing world population and developing economies of the populated countries have increased the demand for crude oil. Although the high increase rate of world population, new excavations of important oil reservoirs did not actualize in the recent years, has the reasoning behind it and it is figured that the oil stock left will satisfy the need at most coming 30-40 years.

The policies without environmental awareness aiming for the easy outcomes, costly foreign dependant, and the also the policies which prefers short term energy consumption policies triggers the hazardous global warming as well as the political disputes.

The development of alternative strategies and technologies aiming production with environmental awareness should take a prior place for the nations.
